Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2019

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Topping the list for the Ministry of Infrastructure was Associate Deputy Minister David Hallett, who brought home $247,154.18 in 2018.

Following David Hallett was Deputy Minister Chris Giannekos, with annual earnings of $226,060.15. Assistant Deputy Minister, Realty Bruce Singbush made $192,290.49, Assistant Deputy Minister, Infrastructure Research and Planning Grant Osborn made $177,344.76, and Assistant Deputy Minister, Infrastructure Policy Adam Redish round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $176,943.28 for the Ministry of Infrastructure 2019 Sunshine List.
